OC News: December 2019

Christmas Luncheon

Our annual company-wide Christmas Luncheon was held on Thursday, December 12^th from 11:00 to 1:00. We shared a traditional holiday meal, played games, and had carolers from the Sunshine School. We also built bicycles to donate to local children in need.

Baked Potato Bar

On Wednesday, December 18^th, our promotional products representatives catered lunch for us! They sent in a baked potato bar with all the fixings to our Bentonville offices. We’re so grateful for all they do for us, especially when they spoil us like this!

Employment

With locations in Arkansas, California, and Texas, we currently employ 397 people, but that number is always changing. Check out all of our employment updates for the month including new hires and open positions.

Promotions

We’re always working to help our team members grow in their current positions as well as advance to new roles and take on additional responsibilities. We’re proud to say four employees received promotions in December.

Roy Bailey

Roy has also accepted the position of Production Operator.

Rene Ellison

Rene has transitioned to role of Factory Coordinator.

Caitlin McDowell

Caitlin has promoted to 3^rd Shift Production Supervisor on the Domestic Embroidery team.

Johnathon Robins

Johnathon has accepted the position of Production Operator.

New Hires

Tracy has promoted to Shift Lead.
