National Ice Cream Month

Business Development Kits

Business Development Kits (BDKs) are a turnkey marketing and sales solution that provide our customers with market research, digital assets, and samples, which allow them to effectively sell the value of headwear to their end customer.

Fill the Bus

Each department was assigned different classroom items to collect, including backpacks, kindermats, notebooks, and more. The buses were filled on August 4^th and 5^th.

Banner and Oak

Banner and Oak is Outdoor Cap’s new American Made direct-to-consumer brand. Sales went live in early August!

Live Chat

OC now offers live chat on our website. With this feature, customers can get real time responses for any questions, needs, order issues, etc. without ever picking up the phone!

Sales Reps on OC Campus

Between August 14^th-17^th, 19 of our promotional products sales reps from all over the nation visited the OC campus.

During this visit, we introduced them to the 2018 product line. They also got to learn about all of our FREE marketing resources—Hatswork, Business Development Kits, Custom Flyers, Custom Creative Concepts, and more.

The reps all chipped in and provided lunch to the Custom Sales and Customer Care teams to thank them for all the hard work they do for the customer. On their last day here, they job shadowed both departments to get a feel for how we interact with customers on a day-to-day basis.

Employment

With locations in Arkansas, California, and Texas, we currently employ 371 people, but that number is always changing. Check out all of our employment updates for the month.

New Hires

Outdoor Cap is constantly growing, and our team members very quickly become our family. Check out our newest additions for the month of August.

Leanna Sevak

Leanna came on board on August 14^th as our new Product Strategy Manager. She has years of experience as a Retail Operations Coordinator, her expertise will be an asset to the Product Development Strategy Team.
