At Outdoor Cap, our Custom Sales department has historically been one of our largest areas of growth. In the past, the department was divided into three sections: domestic embroidery, custom import, and team sports.

Cap orders were funneled and assigned to the appropriate program and anyone within that group was capable of fielding the requests. Because of this, we were unable to provide our customers with a single point of contact. 

We attend a trend insights presentation bi-annually, so we can stay up to date with the hat styles and fashion details the public will want to wear in upcoming seasons. We’re always working several seasons ahead so we can meet manufacturing deadlines in time for the influx of fashion needs.

One of the best ways to get in front of our customers is by attending annual trade shows for each of the markets we participate in. We visit dozens of events and trade shows across the nation each year. These events include the PPAI Expo, ASI Chicago and ASI Orlando, NBS, SHOT Show, ABCA, and many more.
