Effective Immediately, our updated surcharges will be:

3.8% on non China internationally manufactured caps
7.6% on China manufactured caps

Additional details:

• Catalog/domestic embroidery orders placed prior to March 1 will retain the surcharge rate in effect at time of order.
• Surcharges will continue to appear as a separate line item at checkout and on catalog/domestic embroidery invoices.
• For domestically decorated orders, the surcharge applies only to the cost of the blank cap, not decoration.
• Import specific quotes will continue to reflect any applicable duty and tariff related costs within the cost of goods.

Any custom import orders being manufactured outside China that have not processed through customs prior to March 1st will receive a 3.8% discount applied to the order. For customers currently discussing import orders our team members will requote those orders to reflect updated import costs.

As trade conditions evolve, we will continue to evaluate and adjust accordingly. Given the potential for rapid changes to Tariff amounts, future increases and decreases to the tariff surcharge will be implemented as immediately as possible to reflect the tariffs being applied to products at the time they come into the country.

With the unprecedented supply side challenges and spike in demand for virtual designs, samples, and domestic production, we wanted to make you aware of our current custom lead times as well as offer some tools you can use to grow your business, which will also help us serve you better.

Our response time is slower than usual, but we are creating lanes for expedited Custom quotes and reorders. Our blank orders are currently shipping on time for inventory that’s in-stock. Thank you for your patience and trust in us as your partner in headwear.
