Community Responsibility
Customer Service

Community means we see the opportunity to impact the lives of our employees and the community of which we are a part. We believe contribution consists of more than writing a check, and that our sweat equity is also essential.

Did you know...?

Outdoor Cap employees donate countless man hours and significant financial contributions each year to serve the local community. We created an in-house Corporate Citizenship Committee to partner with employees to meet the needs of agencies and individuals throughout the community.

Outdoor Cap supports higher education for people of all ages. High school students have been given an opportunity to further their education through Outdoor Cap funded scholarship programs. Thousands of single parents, since 1984, have been able to pursue secondary education through the Single Parent Scholarship Fund (SPSFBC - http://www.spsfbc.com), a program in which Outdoor Cap serves as a benefactor.

Outdoor Cap created the Employee Emergency Fund Committee to help employees when they experience a financial hardship. The Committee is made up of employees who donate their time to fundraising on behalf of other employees because we understand that sometimes a neighbor in need is the person working next to you.

Outdoor Cap team members serve on the Fundraising Committee of the Benton County Sunshine School (http://www.nwabcss.org). The Sunshine School has been serving children with developmental disabilities in Northwest Arkansas for over 50 years, and we are proud of the work they do in our community.
