With three regional distribution centers, totaling over 260,000 square feet, and same day shipping we are able to offer our customers exceptional service and delivery anywhere in the United States. Each location is fully equipped to service all aspects of our headwear business.
Our corporate headquarters, located in Bentonville, Arkansas, is home to our central office and operations center.
Bentonville is our largest distribution facility and serves our customers in the Heartland and upper Midwest/ East,
as well as being the home of our value added operation to serve our major retail accounts.
Our Dallas Distribution Center was opened in 1994 and services our large Team Dealer and Promotional Products customer
base in the southwest and southeast United States as well as key retail accounts. We recognize that the ability to
service these time sensitive markets with 1- 2 day shipping is a must during the peak season.
Recognizing the need to better serve our customers in the western region of the United States, Outdoor Cap opened a west
coast location in 1998. The ability to supply product to the 10 state western region, in addition to Alaska and Hawaii,
allows us to provide our customers in the west with the same level of service as our accounts in other areas of the country.
