(www.fairlabor.org) and implement the practice of sustainable compliance. Sustainable
compliance is recognized when a company holds itself and their factory partners accountable for developing innovative, sustainable
solutions to labor abuses.
As a charter member of the FLA, leveraging internal controls, and contracting outside auditing firms, we demonstrate a
strong commitment to our corporate responsibilities both socially and environmentally. We continually work with non-government
organizations (NGO) to benchmark and improve the conditions in our factories. Additionally, our factories endeavor to meet or
exceed the standards set by major, global retailers.
